Refund Policy

This policy explains when a refund is available for a First Premier MLS Direct order, placed with First Premier Real Estate Services, Inc., a licensed Florida real estate brokerage.

Before Listing Details Are Submitted

If you paid but have not yet submitted your property details, contact us as soon as possible. A full refund is available at this stage, since no work has started on your listing.

After Details Are Submitted, Before MLS Submission

Once your property details are in and the broker has started reviewing your submission, a partial refund may be available depending on how much work has already been done (photo scheduling, listing copy preparation, broker review time). Contact us and we'll tell you exactly where your order stands.

After MLS Submission

Once your listing has been submitted to the MLS, the flat fee covers the work already performed and is generally non-refundable. If there's an error on our end, we'll fix it or work out a fair resolution with you directly.

Add-Ons

Add-on services like photography, drone photography, and virtual tours are refundable only if the service has not yet been scheduled or performed.
